Yellowbelly Flounder Rhombosolea leporina

A shallow-water fish found at depths of up to 50 metres, predominantly in harbours, estuaries and bays. Yellowbelly flounder have a dark olive body, with yellow or white on the belly and dark spots.

Its texture is delicate and moist and has low oil content, making it suitable for baking, frying, poaching or steaming.
