Our Culture of
Continuous Improvement (CCI) programme encourages innovation to improve capacity,
yield and productivity. Good examples of this include our Automatic Mussel
Openers (AMOs), automatic portioning line, and batching and grading systems which
have significantly reduced processing costs.
