About the role:
As a general hand, your journey starts in the processing factory packing, sorting, and grading seafood destined for customers all over the world. This is an entry level role with an exciting pathway and expansive career opportunities for the right person.
What do I need to know?
Working on a fishing vessel has its challenges and requires the ability to work and live with the same people day in and day out for up to 42 days at a time.

Your positive attitude and enthusiasm to support delivering beautiful NZ seafood to the world will ensure your success on board. So, what else do you need to bring?
Sanford has zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use with a strict testing regime in place to keep our crew safe from this hazard.
