NZ Greenshell Mussel with Sweet Chilli Sauce

Ingredients

  • NZ Greenshell Mussels in half shell - 6 pieces
  • Sweet Chilli Sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Vegetable Oil - 1 tsp
  • Fresh Garlic (finely chopped) - 1 tsp
  • Sake (Rice Wine) - 1 Tbsp

Method

1. Heat vegetable oil, sweet chilli sauce, garlic and sake in a saucepan 

2. Add mussels and toss 

3. Cover and simmer for 3 minutes 

4. Remove from heat and serve
